I WANT TO LEAVE MORE THAN I TAKE. I'm a chef, a baker, a farmer, and a father. I opened an organic scratch bakery in downtown Wilmington in 2006. It was ahead of its time. I've been part of the organic farming scene in Wilmington since 2001. Quality matters to me. I'm passionate about sustainability and enriching the earth instead of depleting it.
Aside from the ecological benefits of having an organic garden, I want to help you nourish your life not just through food, but through a mind-body connection, as well. Getting your hands in the soil, creating something real that you can see and eat, having a beautiful, alive, and quiet space to reflect within, and truly connecting with nature feeds your soul, not just your pantry. Having a garden to tend can support your stress levels and allow yourself to be in sunlight from nature, instead of blue light from electronics.

OUR GOALS ARE NATURAL. We want to leave the smallest possible footprint on the environment while yielding the most abundant harvest. We tread lightly and act consciously in everything we do, including our machinery, fertilizer and amendments, pest control methods and water management systems.
By following all organic farming principals and low impact practices, we are able to create for you a balanced and healthy garden/eco system all your own that will produce organic vegetables packed with flavor and full of nutrition. You'll be able to sustain yourself and your family on functional foods grown by you.
